    Hi All.

    After upgrading to version 2.2.32 users entered in the ISPConfig can not perform the login webmail, pop and mailuser.

    For ftp access is normal. See logs below:

    Apr 27 21:46:15 dominus pop3d: LOGIN FAILED, [email protected], ip=[::ffff:189.112.xxx.xxx]
    Apr 27 21:46:49 dominus imapd: LOGIN FAILED, [email protected], ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1]

    Apr 27 21:30:26 dominus.xxxxx.com.br proftpd[6926] dominus.xxxxx.com.br (189-112-xxx-xxx.static.ctbctelecom.com.br[::ffff:189.112.xxx.xxx]): USER hdv1.sergiosouza: Login successful.

    Any help is welcome.

    Users registered before the upgrade work without problems.

    Best regards.

    You are logging in with the wrong usernames. Users in ispconfig 2 have the form web[ID]_user and they never contain a @ sign.

    Thanks for replying Till.

    Users registered before the upgrade work without problems. See the log:

    Apr 28 10:59:41 dominus imapd: LOGIN, [email protected], ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], port=[56788], protocol=IMAP
    Apr 28 10:59:41 dominus imapd: LOGOUT, [email protected], ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], headers=0, body=0, rcvd=46, sent=336, time=0
    Apr 28 10:59:41 dominus imapd: LOGIN, [email protected], ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], port=[56789], protocol=IMAP
    Apr 28 10:59:41 dominus imapd: LOGOUT, [email protected], ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], headers=0, body=0, rcvd=59, sent=162, time=0

    The problem are the registered users after the upgrade. They can not access via webmail or pop3, only FTP, but FTP does not use @, but the format [webID].user and this works.

    But you didn't create this user in ISPConfig, did you? Because in ISPConfig 2, user names never contain an @ character.
