I have an ISPconfig for webpages:
    IP 140 - domain: mydomain.ca
I built a second web server and connected it to my first ispconfig.
IP 141 - second ISPConfig server

    After building a new site:new.mydomain.ca
and point it to my second web server 141, it only shows my default web(mydomain.ca) page on 140.

What might be causing it to display the incorrect webpage?

    Thanks

If these are two different servers that have two different public IP addresses and you get a page from the wrong server, then the domain must point to the wrong IP in DNS.

The two servers have the same public IP.

You can not run two servers behind one public IP using the same service port, all traffic must end at the first server in your case which means the first site must show up. The only thing that you can do is to create the website on the first server and then add some proxy config to the site toforward traffic to the second server.
