Hi guys, I've follwed the great tutorials on the howto site and setup 2 individual servers. 1 is a full ISPConfig system to host webites while the other is used as a backup nameserver. For some reason when i access my domain http://adm-computers.co.uk all i get is a page displaying my FDQN and when i setup a host for the website labeled www.adm-computers.co.uk i get a shared ip page. How can i resolve this so both A names show the correct website
Ok fixed that problem now - but now it seems that adm-computers.co.uk is forwared to the shared ip and www section diplayes the correct holding page. do i just change this in the vhost file?
First, nevre change the Vhost_ispconfig.conf file manually. ISPConfig will remove your chnages. Do all changes in the ISPConfig interface. If you get the shared IP page, then you selected the wrong IP address for the website in the ISPConfig interface.
