Why is Vhosts_ispconfig.conf empty? I am using SuSE 10.1! And I can't access ISPconfig from the web???

Check if there is a backup of the file in the same folder and rename it to the above mentioned.

Do either http://yourdomain:81 nor https://yourdomain:81 work for accessing ISPConfig?

    Is apache running?

What error do you get when entering the above mentioned URLs?

Vhosts_ispconfig.conf contains all web sites you create with ISPConfig, so if you haven't created any web site yet with ISPConfig then of course Vhosts_ispconfig.conf is empty.
