Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier, MySQL And SquirrelMail (CentOS 6.3 x

Hi all,
I am going through the above thread and as per this thread (http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55692), I am also receiving the "nextserver: Bootstrap discovery failed. Giving up." error when running "su -m amavis -c 'razor-admin -home=/var/spool/amavisd -create'"

Unfortunately, the link that falko suggested in the previous thread no longer exists. Is there any other reference as to how to fix this issue?

Thanks for your reply.
In the end it turned out that my hosting company was blocking outgoing ports (irrespective of my iptables state), so I asked them to open 2703 and all worked as expected!
