Virtual Users/Domains With Postfix, Courier, MySQL ... (Fedora 17) + Postfixadmin (?)

Friends, I need some admin panel as postfixadmin, that works with this howto, I'm running the postfixadmin in Fedora 14, but due to a changing in PHP (HEX2BIN function), it does not work in Fedora 17 and the new version of postfixadmin, is not prepared to use the mysql DB that uses howto.
