    Hello

I have ISPconfig setup on a server with 1 ip address and 7 clients (virtual users). I want to give 2 users access to their root account. I did go and check that box under their account, then tried to log in with one user account but I was logged out as soon as I logged in!!

Can someone tell me how to do this?

( I ssh [email protected] ....then entered password.....2 seconds was logged out)

    Running Ubuntu Gutsy

    regards

Thousands of virtual users can share the same system user, as long as they all are .... users can use different passwords for FTP and for Telnet access

This looks as if you did not enable shell access for the users in their settings in ispconfig.
