    Hi there,

I have a very specific requirement. I already have a 3rd party virus/spam filtering solution. That only handles incoming mail of course. What I need is to be able to find a way of virus scanning outgoing mail messages. I already use exim on the mail filtering server, although to be honest I'm more comfortable with postfix.

Anyone know how to get exim to play nicely with clamav and to virus scan mails? The idea is it would be resticted to accepting connections from certain IPs, because this would be used to virus scan mails coming out of, say, an Exchange server. That also means I don't know the valid recipient list!

FYI the OS is Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and the MTA is exim4

    Thanks,

    Neil
