VMServer on Deb4 AMD64

Hello,

Has anyone had any luck getting vmware server installed on Debian 4 with AMD64 kernel (for a DL385)?

I started to do the install, but it bombs out with the following error...

Code:

Generating SSL Server Certificate

Unable to get the last modification timestamp of the destination file
/etc/vmware/ssl/rui.key.

Execution aborted.

Any one had any luck getting this to work? I'd love any advice you to offer to get this working.

According to http://www.vmware.com/community/thread.jspa?threadID=32130&tstart=0 this can be solved by running

touch /etc/vmware/ssl/rui.key
