Hello, Is there a particular setting that must be enabled to use the virtual machine images with VMWare Fusion on a Mac? I tried two of the latest images, both of which could not recognize my LAN adapter (eth0). Although, I am not currently using the LAN adapter, Ubuntu Hardy desktop will connect the network to the wifi adapter automatically. How would one change the keyboard layout from German to US English? Thanks
Please make sure that you choose "keep mac address" when you start the vmware images the first time. Otherwise the lan wil not work. Which linux distribution?
Thanks! I chose the 'Copy' option in VMWare Fusion as opposed to the 'Move' option. The Linux version is Ubuntu 8.04 server. Thanks again
