VMware problem - httpd.vmware won't start

    Hi,

    I just followed the howto (http://www.howtoforge.com/ubuntu_vmware_server_p2) and installed VMware. Everything worked - except when the configuration tried to start httpd.vmware, it failed - and now I'm lost.

    I can't seem to find a place where it logs whether it won't start this service.

    Can anyone help me with this?
