Hello, I have successfully installed VMWare server on Ubuntu 10.04. There are 3 network interfaces on my machine but I can only use one in VMWare. No more vmnet2 or vmnet3 even tough they were correctly configurated during VMW install ! I don't remember how I did it but this machine have been running fine using all 3 networks untill I had to reinstall. I'm trying to solve this for 3 days now.I've been installing and reinstalling VMW lots of times following different tutos and even went back to Ubuntu 9.04 without success tonight !! I'll really appreciate your help Great thanks in advance Greetings to all. If I remember correctly, I've never had vmnet2 and vmnet3 interfaces in any VMware Server installation - only vmnet1 and vmnet8, so I don't think there's anything wrong with your installation.
