I installed VMware server over a Windows XP. The VM I am using in it is OpenSuse 10.2. I want to see the windows files but wit no success until now.

What should I configure to see them? And if possible, what should I configure in the windows OS to see the OpenSuse files?

You must create shares on both OSes to see the other computer.

[edited]Note: they are in the same computer (host = windows and VM = OpenSuse)[/edited]

    Thanks!

After the answer i learned how to share folders/files in OpenSuse. :D

But how can I access the OpenSuse folders/files (VM) from windows (host)? Could be through one of these applications?

No, this works only for dual-boot scenarios. But technically spoken your virtual machine is a totally independent system...
You must set up a Samba share on the Linux system: http://www.howtoforge.com/ubuntu-home-fileserver
