VSERVER - any way to create a win7 vm under ispconfig control?

    subject says it all!

    I KNOW - I know. I'm pushing my luck but I do have a (pretty) good reason :)

    Any way to create a virtual machine running xp or win7 under Ispconfig3?

    Thats not possible. The vserver module from ispconfig uses OpenVZ, thats a Linux kernel based virtualisation. OpenVZ can only run virtual machines with Linux inside.

    Yea- this was a winning idea! LOL

    Ok I decided that was not worth it.
    KVM does however allow winxp and win7 guests.. but not worth the headaches.
