You have a .vsftpd.swp in /etc/xinetd.d which makes me believe that someone tried to edit the file with vi and didn't close it correctly. Maybe that's the reason why the vsftpd file is gone...
FTP doesn't work after the installation of the ISPConfig . I can't imagine how it missess , what can i do now? Do i need to reset up again it or ...
It doesn't have anything to do with ISPConfig. The vsftpd file in /etc/xinetd.d is simply missing. You can try to re-create it by having a look how the other files in that directory are written.

To restart a service that runs with xinetd, you have to execute this command: Code: /etc/init.d/xinetd restart The files in /etc/xinetd.d/ are only config files, not start scripts.
