VSFTPD user permission

    Sir,

    In VSFTPD how to set the copy permission it means user dont copy the file from the server to local system they only open the file form the VSFTPD server.

    I set the Write permission = NO but the user can copy the files from the VSFTPd server so we need to restrict the copy permission.

    Here we using RHEL 5.0.(2.6.18-8.el5 Kernel)

    Help me sir .............

    I don't think this is possible. If the user has read permissions, he can read and download the file. Even if he could only open the file, he could copy the contents and save it to a file on his PC.
