Installation put the /var/vmail, my large volume(partition) is /srv, so I created /srv/vmail with apropriate rights and owner and created a symlink in /var to /srv/vmail. In case of the error mails from ispconfig i did 'grep -r -i "/var/vmail" /etc' and change all conf files I found from /var/vmail to /srv/vmail. Still I get the above error from time to time to some of the users folders. the symlink still exists in case I fort something. Need help
Symlinks are not supported there. The right way to move a folder is to use a bind mount: https://www.howtoforge.com/use_moun...ctory_of_a_ispconfig_server_to_a_new_location
Thanks for quick response. Would it be ok to change the path in maildir and homdir of table mail_user on masterserver and do a resync or are the other tables relevant.
