Is the warning related to /boot? Then it should not be a big problem because normally no files get written to /boot (except if there's a kernel update, then it could be a problem, depending on the size of the new kernel).
yes it is in the boot /dev/sda1 ext3 92M 73M 15M 84% /boot but i used the install from http://www.howtoforge.org/perfect-server-ubuntu-9.10-ispconfig-3 and not i dont know if i am screwed or not i have 13 sites running and can not afford to reload the server\\\\ kwick
