not sure what this goes under. But here goes. I moved some sites over from a redhat 7.3 server and now some of the pages get ? in place of ' or " and diamonds with question marks in them. How can I fix this. I am using fedora core6 following the perfect setup guidelines and ISPConfig dev 2.3.3
Please have a look at the source of the HTML files on the shell, do you get the same signs there? If yes, the encoding was messed up as you copied the files. If no, then the default charset in your apache configuration is not set to the correct locale.
