Web-FTP Could not connect to localhost

    i'm trying for access the Web-FTP in IspConfig
    I enter the username and password of the website
    then emerges a message that it could not connect to localhost
    please help me

    What's the output of

    netstat -tap
    ? What's in /etc/proftpd.conf?
    Which distribution do you use?
