Hi, Got a problem whit a customer that have mail and web, but move the mail service to googleapps, and then some problem starts. I make cname to googleapps for mail etc and delete MX and A records to my mail server. All customer i have on the server cant mail this user, all mail endedup in hes mailbox on my server and not at googleapps. how can i solve this problem, som all mail to that customer goes to googleapps? Go to the web site settings of that customer in ISPConfig, and set the mail server to "External" on the "Options" tab and also under "Co-Domains" > select the correct domain > go to the "Options" tab and select external mail server again.
