falko wrote that web.log should be a symlink in each users in log directory to the actual logfile in /var/log/http/ispconfig_log
In none of my ispconfig installations this symlink is made. How can check what is wrong?

The symlink web.log is in the log directory of each website and points to a subdirectory of the website logdirectory with the format log/year/month/web.log

The symlink does not point to /var/log/http/ispconfig_log.

Ok, in all my machines with Debian 3.1, and apache 1.3 and ispconfig 2.2.1 the log directory in the user dirs just contains the file error.log and there is nothing else.....how can I fix it and what can be wrong?

Are there some logfiles in the directory /var/log/httpd/ that have a date in their name?

Did you get any errors when you run:

    /root/ispconfig/php/php /root/ispconfig/scripts/shell/logs.php

    I am getting:
Warning: readlink(): Invalid argument in /home/root/ispconfig/scripts/shell/logs.php on line 125

But is seems that /home/root/ispconfig/scripts/shell/logs.php and
/home/root/ispconfig/scripts/shell/webalizer.php is not in the cron either

Thats just a warning, nothing serious if you dont get other errors. have a look in the log directories of your websites, is the symlink now there pointing to a logfile in a subdirectory?
