   How can I disable it? right now, I can access it using http://serverip/webalizer
   
   I don't want any kind of access from root to this folder... if I delete it, i think it will be generated again...

   This is not created by ispconfig, so there must be a webalizer system cronjob on your server. Find that cronjob and disable it.
