Hi ISPConfig 2.2.5, just upgraded. I deleted a user and create a new one, but the new user cant access to the page: not autenthicated for the webalizer stats. Under the same client there are two different domains, the first run correctly (I checked all: the user and domains are perfectly the same) but the second doesn't work for the stats. The user of the second domain connects without problem through FTP (it is authenticated correctly) but cannot more see statistics. Web runs correctly; all seems to work but only the stats are not available. I tried to delete the user and create another new user without success. Any idea?!?
Stats are generated at 4 or 3 in the morning, so you'll have to wait for stats to be generated for the first time. Then it will work normally..
it is not that problem... Hi all I discovered the problem, but I cant fix it, only manually. The problem is that the .htpasswd file generated: -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 24 2006-07-20 12:03 .htpasswd located in the root of each file, when I try to add a new user through ISPConfig web interface it is not updated. I suspect that ISPConfig cannot touch this file (owner problems? A bug?) I added manually the username and the password as created before through ISPConfig and now the user CAN access to the stats page. The problems it is not to view stats, but in the authentication process (and creation of the user). Thanx again.
I belive that you have to wait for stats to be generated/regenerated and then all the new users are added to htpasswd file, don't think that they are added as soon as you add them in ISPConfig but when webalizer does the stats..
