I manage to get webalizer work, but awstats is not working when I select it. I have followed this guide closely and it's working fine except the webstats. Can anybody guide me how to troubleshoot this? I can't see no log under syslog. I have also waited for 24 hours for the stats to appear w/o luck. Under tail -f /var/log/ispconfig/httpd/mydomain.com/error.log it says:
Is anybody there? I really need webalizer or awstats working on my website. BTW, as I've said that webalizer is working fine, it is actually working fine on other website, but not all. While awstats is not working on all website that I have.
