Webmail Problem again~!

I had added the New Reseller in the ISPConfig and i had create the email address [email protected]. Then i use the UebiMiau to login the email address but get the error msg~!

Login error

You cannot login with the username and password entered.

Please check your username and password and try again.

Any idea how to create the email address and password for uebimau?

 

try: web[nr]_name and the password.

 

i type the username web9_michael and the password too but stil get the same error~! any other idea pls?

 

Please send an email to that account before you try to log in for the first time. The mailbox is created when the first email arrives, and if there's no mailbox you cannnot log in.
