Webmail squirrelmail fails

Hi.
I've a problem about webmail.
On new sites, the url

Code:

http://www.domain.tld/webmail

get a download file screen and login.php fail.

Other sites on the same server execute it perfect.

I put suphp + suexec + this code on apache directives at options tab like the sites working fine.
