webpage don't load

can anyone help me...
i'm using dyndns.org for my host
i save a index.html page in the var/www/thml
i foward port 80 on my router so why can't i upload my page

 

Please make sure that your ISP doesn't block port 80.

 

how do i make sure my isp is not blocking port 80

 

Ask them. Or maybe they have an FAQ where they say whether or not they are blocking ports.
