Hi, in my installation (v. 3.1.13) I've site installed on year 2016. I've seen that the cron.log file located in private folder was near 6gb... How can I delete message older than 6 month? I've set to 180 days under website --> Option -->Logfiles retention time but the file is still too big.
    Thanks in advance for support.

    No mention about Operating System.
logrotate is meant to keep log files from growing huge. Using something like that prevents this from happening again.
To delete lines older than 6 months, open the file in editor and remove the lines you want to remove. An alternative is to get creative with tail or head commands, and use them to get rid of the extra lines.

Hi Taleman, thanks for your support. The OS is a Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS, in previous post I find https://www.howtoforge.com/communit...rotation-not-configured-in-ispconfig-3.37072/, so my hope in something integrated in ISPConfig interface. In your opinion, logrotate is the best solution?
Thanks in advance for your time.
