I am running Ispconfig 3.1. My nameservers are on my server. I can ping my nameservers (ns1.servername.com) but I cannot ping the website (home.servername.com). I'm running the server on Ubuntu 16.04. What could be causing this?
Do you solved it? The could be caused by DNS server records, you must create "DNS Zone", in "NS" you have to set the main domain (for example: ns1.mydomain.com).
