Weird bandwidth problem on IMAP server ?

    Weird bandwidth problem on IMAP server.
    One of our customers is constantly using all available bandwidth (IMAP2?) to mail server. He is not sending anything and it looks like he is actually using IMAP2? That should not be possible. I have no clue what is happening here.
    Any suggestions?

    Do a google search on IMAP and Microsoft Outlook 2016. We have similar issues with this. Bug in Outlook that causes excessive bandwidth
