Hello there, i've run into an issue which I believe is related to Jailkit. Over the last few weeks I've noticed a strange behavior on a client's server. Sometimes when I modify a file with one user, the changes are not visible as another user or for the web. The server is configured with a single client and multiple websites. There is a Shell-User with Jailkit enabled. When I use my root user to make a change in /var/www/site.tld/web/html/file.html the change is not visible from the www. When I log into this directory with the client's shell user, the file appears not to have been touched and is intact with it's old modified date. When I now make the changes with the shell user, the changes become visible on the www. Does anyone have an idea about what's going on here?
After changing the file as root, you see the modification time and file contents updated from the command prompt? Do you have a remote filesystem mount point for your websites? If so, what type and what mount options?
