weird problem logging into ftp

hi all

i have open suse 11.1 , ispconfig , mydns etc was all working till trying to config python with it and now when i login on the certain user that i was trying to config python with and it lists more folders than the other user i have

any help will be great

What folders does this user see, and what folders do other users see?

 

the user that sees four folders like when first installed are cgi-bin, ssl,tmp,web and the other user that see loads are bin ,cgi-bin,dev,etc,home,lib,lib64,ssl,tmp,usr,var,web

i havnt got a clue what i done , i changed everything back that i thought t changed but it is still like it
