It seems like everytime I setup a new server mailman always gives me issues, this time around after using the automated install of The Perfect Server - Ubuntu 20.04 with Apache, PHP, MariaDB, PureFTPD, BIND, Postfix, Dovecot and ISPConfig 3.2 I created a list no problems, however when I receive If I follow that link I get a 404, but if I ammend that to http:// ddd. net/cgi-bin/mailman/admindb/admin-team the page loads fine but after approving the request and hitting "submit all data" it then heads off to https:// server2.ddd . net/cgi-bin/mailman/admindb/admin-team and from there even changing the url to https:// ddd. net/cgi-bin/mailman/admindb/admin-team sends me in a circle. Honestly never once has Mailman setup with out issues since Ubuntu 12 for me me at least.
Maybe you put some kind of redirects for the server hostname or server hostname is wrong or not pointing to the system?
Hostname returns correct values, so no issue there Code: root@server2:~# hostname server2 root@server2:~# hostname -f server2.polyoz.net root@server2:~# I haven't put in any redirects for either and as I said, it is setup exactly as the automated installed it, the only thing I have done is created a list. Got me beat.
Try clearing cookies and caches and refresh. Do check at your DNS server level as well. I am just guessing as I am also not sure what is going on there.
