Newbie to Linux currently enrolled in Linux Systems Administration. We are tasked to create a discussion post regarding an issue we are having with Linux configuration. I am very familiar with the terminal environment in DOS and Cisco however Linux commands do not seem intuitive to me. What is the easiest way to determine what command I need and the switches to make it happen? The Man command to me is very intense.
Thanks Till I will check it out. Looks like apropos might be a good way to search a list of commands if unsure.
