Hi, I have been using Ubuntu the Debian based linux distro for a while for all my desktop and server needs. However, I was wondering what others use and why they they choose that particular disto. We choose Ubuntu primarily because of it's Out of the Box readiness and compatibility. Also, because it is very user friendly to those new to linux. We are primarily a computer consulting company and we often help our clients save money by replacing Windows in situations where a server is needed. Windows has a 10 computer limit where as linux/samba does not. Since we are a smaller company we simply choose a distro that can fulfill all our needs and Ubuntu fit well. Linux Distro Used: Ubuntu Reason: User friendly and suites overall needs.
