What ver of php should I use for latest ISPconfig?

    You should use the PHP versions that ships with the OS. Which OS are you on?

    Ubuntu 18.04
    I just wonder newer php ver for ispconfig can make things faster.

    Ubuntu 18.04 ships with PHP 7.2 so that's fine.

    If you change PHP version to something else than PHP 7.2, ISPConfig stops working correctly. So do not do it.
    As for making thins faster, there may be some speedup but most likely you do not notice it unless you make very accurate measurements.
    You get newer version of PHP in a way that ISPConfig supports by upgrading the OS, and you should consider upgrading Ubuntu 18.04 to newer release anyway.
