Where are Apache Directives stored?

A client was developing a new website so I set them up at beta.theirsite.com . Once development was finished I simply renamed theirsite.com to old.theirsite.com & renamed beta.thersite.com to theirsite.com

Perhaps this wasn't the most elegant way to do this as now when I attempt to look at Apache Directives / PHP options in the "Options" tab I get the following:

    ERROR
    1. There is already a website or sub / aliasdomain with this domain name.
There is already a subdomain with these settings.

Can anyone shed any light as to how I can fix this? Or where I can look to find the location of the raw files for Apache directives / php files so I can take a look?

    Thanks!

    Simon

    That's ok.

Like the message states, there is already a website, alias domain or subdomain with this exact name. Check the website, subdomain and aliasdomain list.

Yeah that's the problem - There's only one entry for theirsite.com :-( They have a subdomain hosted as a separate site, and a subdomain pointing at the main site but none of these are just "theirsite.com"

    :-(

Deleting the subdomains seems to have worked! Thanks!
