    Hi

Is quota working on your harddisk? Check with:

    repquota -avug

    repquota -avug returns nothing.

Then quota is not configured correctly in your harddisk (/etc/fstab) or this is a virtual server with openvz and quota is not enabled on the host correctly.

    Hi

Quota is defined on Linux servers for partitions, in / etc / fstab. Quota is configured correctly before ISPConfig was installed, see perfect server instructions. ISPConfig uses quota to limit the storage space.

If the command cat /proc/user_beancounters gives any output then you are using OpenVZ & quota can't be implemented in that case.
