Then quota is not configured correctly in your harddisk (/etc/fstab) or this is a virtual server with openvz and quota is not enabled on the host correctly.
Hi Quota is defined on Linux servers for partitions, in / etc / fstab. Quota is configured correctly before ISPConfig was installed, see perfect server instructions.
