Where did my site SSL options go?

Hi there guys!

I added a site and noticed that it didn't ask me about SSL options when creating. I went back to the site info after creation, still no SSL options. I checked by older sites and noted that they no longer had SSL option tab panel either.
Where did my SSL options go and more importantly, how do I get it back?

 

I wasn't logged into the admin account. I'm an id10t, sorry for the fake post.
