I'm looking to move my ISPConfig to VPS (Preferably KVM). I'm in the USA. I'm trying to find out from the community, where do you host your ISPConfig 3 installs, and how much do you pay for services to providers?

I host my servers at hetzner.com, but they don't provide datacenters in the US.

What's your setup at Hetzner? How many servers, IPs, volumes?

We are hosting the servers of our company and customers (mostly dedicated hardware and a very few cloud servers) also at Hetzner.
In terms of "value for money" they are at least in the european zone in my opinion one of the best hosting providers.

However, some of the Hetzner technical departments are not working 24h which may lead to an timezone issue if you are not from europe.
Depending on the importance of your hosting this may could be an important factor for you, or not...

My two current dedicated servers are with OVH. The have datacenters also in North-America.

Prices vary. At least in Europe the offer also So You Start servers with prices starting at 2 € per month.

Do you back up your OVH servers to your office using rsync or some other tool or do you use a backup service at OVH?
Do use any virtualization or just straight linux? Looking at different options for divesting from colocation with owned hardware to all dedicated servers at various locations and backup of these remote servers is always a sticking point for me.

    Thanks!

BackupPC for backups. It is available from the usual linux distributions. https://backuppc.github.io/backuppc/
I run Proxmox on the dedicated hosts, then Linux as guests.
I have test servers with Proxmox at office, so I can try new version and experiment with stuff.

@Taleman or anyone else, may I ask:

    1) What is your setup with 2 dedicated servers?
    2) Do you have 2 dedicated servers at 2 different locations?
    3) Did you install ISPConfig Multiserver setup (which tutorial?)
    4) If server 1 goes down, services on the server 2 (mirror) are not affected, all works and online, and you cannot access ISPConfig until server 1 is back online, correct?

Thanks @Taleman. One more quick question.
    1) Do you have 2 dedicated servers to offer/have 2 nameservers?
