Where does Spamassassin put junk?

I am using falko's install of postfix/spamassassin and I'm wondering what does Spamassassin actually do with mail it thinks is spam?

Ideally, I'd like it to go into a folder for each user called Junk so that the user can review it but it doesn't clutter their inbox.

Is this possible?
