I heard that ISPConfig, you can simply select the website to use SSL (and that means HTTPS, and optionally, SPDY or HTTP/2), with an additional checkbox to redirect all HTTP requests permanently to HTTPS, and ISPConfig will automatically generate the vhosts files correctly.

where is the setting to enable redirect all HTTP requests permanently to HTTPS? screenshot will be helpful.

    I am using ispconfig 3.1 + nginx

Which ISPConfig version are you using? 3.1 could be 3.1.1 or 3.1.15p3 ;)
In 3.1.15 and above you can enable it in the redirect tab (and maybe in earlier versions aswell, though I'm not sure).

SPDY is obsole. HTTPS and HTTP/2 are different things made for different purposes.
