[email protected]. it keeps getting sent to spam, i have added it to email > whitelist "priority 5, @received domain, [email protected]. sometimes this comes through and other times sent to spam. the line in logs/mail.log1 states<code>time: mx1 - dovecote: lmtp(someone@receiveddomain),3523600><a email id>: sieve: msgid=<.......eurprd07.prod.outklook.com>: fileinto action: stored mail into mailbox 'Junk'></code> Then the user says to outlook, this is not junk and moves it back What am i missing to whitelist that email "[email protected]" permanently dave
