Whitelist per user or domain for banned files?

    Hello all, is it possible to have a whitelist for banned files? Currently we ban OLE files, like from excel and also crt files, today we had a client complain he was not receiving his crt ssl files. They were being banned.
    Is there a way to add domain.com to be excluded form the general banned files list?

    Did you try to assign him a spamfilter policy in ISPConfig that has the 'Banned files lover' option enabled?

    No i have not, but will that allow all banned files in rather than just OLE?

    Yes, I think so. Not sure if you can have a partial whitelisting.
