Is the whitelist feature in Email -> Spamfilter -> Whitelist supposed to also override realtime blackhole lists? E.g. when a mailserver is listed on the spamcop rbl and I whitelist a domain, that sends emails from this server, is ispconfig supposed allow the delivery of this email?
Is there a (convenient) way to override RBL, so I can keep the benefits of them but being able to effectively whitelist some domains? Some of our customers use Office365 and MS's mailservers, some of whose mailserververs ended up on spamcops' blacklist.
There is no function builtin to override RBL's. There might be options in postfix if you configure it manually, but I can not give you any instructions for this at hand, you might have to research this.
Using RSpamd, e-mail is not blocked just because sender appears on some RBL. Being on RBL adds a few points to the score, so usually e-mail is blocked only if sender appears on several RBL's and has high scrore from looking like spam.
