whmcs 7.6 install failed...no ioncube loader for php 7.2 found in the file

    Each php 'type' on Debian has it's own php.ini file. Most likely you added ioncube to cli only but not to fpm / fcgi / apache2 php.ini files.

    fixed. I inadvertantly had the
    ioncube_loader_lin_7.2.so
    file, that one must copy into /usr/lib/php/xxxxxxx/ directory on server, permsions owner:group as 507:507 instead of root:root
    I dont know how this happened, i thought i had enterred "sudo su" prior to going through tutorial?
    Could the owner group being 507:507 instead of root:root have been the cause?
