Hello, After a few hours I still don't understand the client creation section. I noticed there's a lot of information needed to key in during client creation. My question is since client don't have access to control panel how should they actually key in all these information (telephone, state, fax#, bla, bla). I assume admin just create username and password and client will update the rest when they first login. This is not true since client can't update their credentials. Or Ispconfig admin need to create a separate php registration page for client? Thank you
That depends on your systems. Normally (if you run a hosting business), the client information is entered during the order process on your website and then added in ispconfig automatically with the remote API.
