Hello... have here someone experience with a Ubuntu 18.04 ISPConfig3 installation and WordPress Multisite?!
i setup one client and a domain as web1... with the WordPress Multisite:
    *.mydomain.com

I choose the subdomain setup... my WordPress Multisite have now:
    blue.mydomain.com
    green.mydomain.com
    red.mydomain.com

than I setup some alias domains for: mydomain.com
    mydomain.blue
    mydomain.green
    mydomain.red

But how I can routing now a alias domain like: mydomain.blue to blue.mydomain.com? ISPConfig allow only the sub-directory routing for a alias...
Thats ok for a WordPress Multisite with sub-directory configuration but now I need subdomains...

    Best regards
    Michael

There is no routing required. Alias domains point automatically to the website that they belong to. So all you have to do is to configure Wordpress to handle the domains in the way you want.

Thank you for the fast reply... I check my WordPress Installation soon... is this a build in configuration or I need a plugin?

Search at e.g. google for 'wordpress multisite' to find guides on how to configure WordPress for multisite support.
