WP-ISPCONFIG 3 Plugin Error

    After installing this plugin and try to use it with remote user and soap location and soap uri it result with error
    SOAP Error: Could not connect to host
    Wordpress and ISPCONFIG 3 are on a different server.
    Any idea would be helpful ...
